Laws Bottled in Bond Bourbon

Age: 4 Years
50% ABV (100 Proof)

Color: Deep Amber/Bronze and Dark.

Nose: Caramel, corn, bread pudding and some hints of nutmeg, cinnamon, and rye bread.
Palate: Spicy on the front, with a creamy mid palate that has some chocolate notes, with some sweet flavors on the back. A bit of heat, but a full bodied and layered bourbon with a lingering dark chocolate and malt finish.

With Water:
Nose: Still notes of bread pudding and baking spices, with hints of rye bread, but much softer.
Palate: A spicy front that stands out a little more, but the creamy notes on the mid palate go away a little bit. The back is still full of dark chocolate and malt.

Overall:
Sweet and spicy, warm and inviting, layered and very enjoyable. The  spicy rye flavors and the dark chocolate notes mingle with the creamy flavors and sweet corn notes that make this an amazing bourbon.
