Not really a mule, not really anything else, this is a tasty and easy cocktail to make at the end of your day. Our particular recipe (using everything pictured) makes this an almost exclusively Colorado drink as well. The cherries, while delicious, are not made in Colorado.
Ingredients:
- 2oz Leopold Brother’s ColoradoBourbon Whiskey
- 2-3 Dashes Strongwater Cherry Bourbon Bitters
- 2-3 Lazzaroni Amaretto Cherries
- Top with Kure’s Ginger Beer
Directions:
Mix the bourbon, bitters, and cherries all together over ice. Top with ginger beer. Serve and Enjoy.
The bitters makes this drink much less sweet, and the malty quality of the Leopold’s Bourbon really adds depth and an excellent, thinker mouth feel.
